How an order works
From the QR code on the table to the bill – in six steps, without a notepad and without running back and forth. Steps 1 and 2 are your digital menu; from step 3 on, the ordering system Smart ServiceHub™ takes over.
At the table – your guest

Scan the QR code
Your guest scans the code on the table with the normal phone camera. Every table has its own code, so every order lands at the right table.

The menu opens
Instantly, in their own language and with photos – right in the browser, without installing an app.

Order from the phone
A few taps put dishes and drinks in the cart, with a note like “medium” if needed. One tap on “Send order” – done.

Kitchen and bar see it instantly
The kitchen only sees the food, the bar only the drinks – sorted by table, with every note. If you like, a push notification goes to the phone as well.

Service brings it to the table
The Service Hub shows every table at a glance: green = free, orange = active, red = wants to pay. When a dish is ready, the bell appears – and your team serves it.

Get paid
When the guest taps “Request bill”, the bill is already put together at the till – with your till numbers if you like. You key it into your own till as usual.
